Not Receiving Emails?

  • If you are not receiving emails from BCSC please check the following:

    1. Check your spam/junk folder. Sometimes, an email provider will automatically send emails to your junk/spam folder. You can add "" or your principal's email address to your contacts to help your provider realize that the email is not spam. 

    2. Make sure the email you have listed in your PowerSchool parent portal account is accurate and updated. Our system pulls directly from PowerSchool so it is essential that you update your information with the school office.

    3. Have you opted out of receiving emails? You can call us at 317-852-5726 to remove the block on your Blackboard account.

    If none of these suggestions resolves the issue, please reach out to us so we can troubleshoot further.

  • As a parent or guardian of a BCSC student, you will receive periodic communications from your student's school and from the Brownsburg Community School Corporation.  The contact information for these messages comes from the student's PowerSchool account. to change the contact information for an existing student, you must contact the school office.  Changing the information on this form will not update PowerSchool.   

    Extended family, friends, and members of the community can also sign up to receive basic newsletters by entering their email address here.  If you would like to receive inclement weather calls or text messages, please enter your phone number as well.  These are the only calls and texts you would receive at that number.
