Register for BOOST

All families who plan to utilize BOOST must create an account in Procare.  Procare is the software that BCSC will use to accept payments, and schedule when your student will be using BOOST.  Please register your student(s) with the link below associated with your student's home school for the 24-25 school year and 2025 summer program.

NEXT STEPS

  • Do Not use the ProCare app, it is not helpful.  Please use the web version of MyProcare.com for scheduling and payments.
  • All participants must complete the online program registration form, electronically sign the Medical Information and Consent Form, Parent/Guardian Contract, and Parent/Guardian Handbook Acknowledgement Form.  These will be sent ELECTRONICALLY in a ParentSquare message.
  • After your pre-registration is complete, please visit www.myprocare.com to create your new account.
    • You must use the same email address for registration and creating the myprocare.com account.  This will link your student to your account and allow for online payment and scheduling.
  • Once you have registered your student(s), the one-time annual registration fee of $65 per student must be paid before you can access the scheduling option.
  • All balances must be kept up to date in order to continue using the BOOST program. After registration has been completed, payments can be completed online at www.myprocare.com.  Please call 317-852-1008 for the auto-pay option.

SCHEDULING

  • MyProCare.com only allows scheduling 12 weeks from current date. 
  • Registration fees must be paid in full before scheduling can be accessed in MyProCare.com.
