General Information
SITE CHANGES
If you have an existing BOOST account and you have MOVED SCHOOLS since the last school year, you must email Stacey at sschreijer@brownsburg.k12.in.us. This does not automatically change. Your student will not be at the proper BOOST location/schedule if you have not communicated that they now attend a different location.
TRANSPORTATION
Please make sure that your school front office receives all transportation changes. You do NOT need to call BOOST; you MUST make transportation changes with your school. We do NOT allow drop ins, they must be on the schedule, if you did not schedule your student by 5pm the Friday prior, they will not be allowed to stay at BOOST.
NEW students
- If you have NOT completed a 2025-26 registration and paid the $65 annual fee, your account will NOT be active and you will NOT be able to schedule your student(s) for care at this time.
- If you started the registration process, but did not complete by paying the $65 fee, your account is NOT active. Please login to myprocare.com to make that payment.
RETURNING students
On-hold accounts will NOT show that your student is scheduled for care and they will not be able to attend. Please complete this registration and pay the annual fee here https://www.brownsburg.k12.in.us/resources/boost.
SCHEDULING - ProCare is still currently working through a software issue that has the "delete" option disabled. If you need to make a change to your student's schedule please contact your site manager at the email below, and they will be able to help you remedy those changes.
- All scheduling must be completed each week by 5pm on Friday, prior to the week of care.
- BOOST closes promptly at 6pm. BOOST charges $5.00/minute after 6pm pickup. This fee is for emergency late pickups, not a standard. If your student is frequently picked up late, they cannot attend the BOOST program.
- When scheduled, BOOST requires a 3-day minimum, we do not offer drop-in care, and your account is charged if scheduled and no attendance.
- BOOST does not offer same day drop-in care. BOOST is doing our best to make sure that we don’t waitlist any student. Drop-in care is not conducive to preventing wait lists.
- We schedule staff one week in advance, based on ratio. If your child is scheduled and they don't attend, your account is still charged.
- If you are having trouble with the program or do not have access to a computer, please call BOOST at 317-852-1008 and we will make those changes for you.
BILLING
- Billing is done the Monday AFTER attendance and posted to your account, if you are set up with the autopay option, that will run each Wednesday.
