Upcoming Immunization Clinics - July 23 & 24

The Indiana Immunization Coalition will be offering an immunization clinic at Brownsburg High School, July 23 & 24 (9am – 3pm). They will have all the recommended and required vaccines for K, 6th, & 12th grade - for free, and will bill commercial insurance and Medicaid for the administration fee. (no fee for uninsured)

Parents of high school student do not need to be present when their child receives the vaccine(s) as long as they are pre-registered. 6th grade (under the pre-registration link). Parents of middle school and elementary students must be present when the vaccine(s) is administered. 

Per the State requirements, failure to provide vaccination records or appropriate paperwork will lead to exclusion from school when classes resume.
