Tentative Teacher Contract Agreement
In accordance with the US EPA's AHERA Standard (ref: 40 CFR 763.80), all information concerning asbestos-containing materials in the schools of the Brownsburg Community School Corporation is available for review and copying by students, staff and guardians during normal business hours.

BCSC Application Notice For Federal Funds:
As a statement of its on-going commitment to provide a safe and drug-free education for students, the Brownsburg Community School Corporation is in the process of applying for funds from a Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities grant offered through the Indiana Department of Education.
Funds will be requested for the Student Assistance Program, a Corporation-wide program which provides preventive programming, and intervention and supportive services for students. Funding will also be used for a new Corporation program which will serve secondary students at-risk for suspension or expulsion. SOAR (Seeing Ourselves Achieving Results) is a short-term, pull-out program that will focus on academic achievement and behavior management skills.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA):
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
