These forms and the additional information required should be submitted to the Registrar as soon as possible. Students were scheduled to take a kindergarten readiness assessment between April 23 and May 2. If your child was not registered for kindergarten, the assessment could not be scheduled. Preschool RegistrationThe application for our 2012-13 fee-based preschool program is available at this LINK. Students applying for preschool must be 3 years of age by August 1, 2012. Additional information can be found on our Preschool Page or by calling Ruth Semmler, Preschool Registrar, at 852-1020. Immunization Requirements Parents of 5th grade students are reminded that all children entering 6th grade need to have the following immunizations:
- 1 meningitis vaccine - Tdap vaccine - 2 chicken pox vaccines The Hendricks Co Health department is encouraging parents to schedule their 5th graders now. Check with the Health Department regarding the regulations and office hours. If your health insurance covers the cost of vaccines, the Health Department will not be able to immunize your student. If your student has already had the immunizations, you can send the information to school now. If you have any questions regarding this or other school corporation health contact your school nurse or visit the Student Health Webpage for information. |
